ICETFI 2025 – Paper Submission

ICETFI 2025 cordially invites Academicians, Researchers, Industrialists, and Students to submit their novel, previously unpublished, and high-quality research papers. The conference aims to address emerging research challenges across all domains of Arts, Science, Engineering, Technology, Medical Sciences, Cultural Studies, Linguistics, Languages, and Social Sciences.

Kindly note that submissions are not limited to the topics mentioned in the conference call for papers.

Review Process

All papers conforming to the submission guidelines will undergo a double-blind peer-review process and will be evaluated based on research novelty, technical content, correctness, relevance to the conference theme, contribution, and readability. Notification of acceptance will be communicated to authors via email only.

Authors of accepted papers will be given an opportunity to make revisions based on the reviewers’ suggestions and submit their final camera-ready papers within the stipulated deadline.

General Guidelines

Kindly ensure that your paper is formatted as per the prescribed template. All submissions will be peer-reviewed by subject experts based on research significance, novelty, and clarity. Papers presenting original research results or successful applications will be considered for publication.

The number of authors should not exceed six (6). If there are more than six authors, the corresponding author must clearly state the contribution of each author to the research work. All decisions and communications will be made via email. Papers must be submitted in American or British English (or any recognized language, provided translation support is arranged). Please submit the copyright form and final paper only after receiving official acceptance and completing conference registration with the applicable fee.

Academic Ethics

Authors must avoid self-plagiarism and plagiarism from other published works. Any model, concept, figure, table, data, or conclusion taken from prior research must be properly cited. Papers should be checked for plagiarism using licensed plagiarism detection software prior to submission. If copyrighted material is used, written permission from the copyright holder is required. Plagiarism content must not exceed 15%, and similarity index should not exceed 5%.

Research papers must adhere strictly to the conference template and be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format.
